I had Paul called out for an emergency repair to my property last night. I only called late afternoon on what was an awful day for me and the family as we had earlier had to have our beloved dog put down. Not only did Paul arrive within a few hours but he got my door back into an operational mode and didn’t even charge me to remove the lock. So i just got back from a trip and totally forgot the lock combination to my suitcase. a quick google search for a locksmith brought up Pauls’ details, i reached out to him and explained the situation and even though he had never dealt with locks on suitcases before, he still came around to give it a go. Eventually he was able to unlock the suitcase without any damage to it. Paul has a very friendly demeanour, very professional and excellent at what he does. I would give him a 5star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating

After returning from a day out the lock to our front door was jammed and we couldn't get in. We called Paul and he reassured us that he would get us in. He turned up within ten minutes and got on with the job. It was a very difficult and stubborn lock but not once did Paul complain even when he hurt his hand hammering at the lock! He eventually got the lock out without damage to the door....His price for a Saturday evenings difficult and long winded access was very much appreciated. We would recommend this Locksmith to anyone unfortunate enough to be locked out......Thanks again
