We have had many call outs from our customers in the Wickford area that have broken their keys or have somehow snapped one inside their lock. This is a common problem and can be easily caused by closing a door while the key is still inside the lock. If you do this, any excessive force will cause your key to break. If we get called out for this problem then we will always try and extract the key first before trying anything else. If we cannot get it out then we will replace the lock instead.
